Love good wine, Italian cocktails, and a lively bar scene?
We’re after a bartender who’s as comfortable pouring an espresso martini as they are talking guests through our wines.

The Role:

• Shaking, stirring, and serving classic and house cocktails

• Pouring wines and recommending pairings with food

• Maintaining a clean, organised bar and helping with service

• Working closely with FOH team to create a great guest experience

We’re after someone who:

• Have solid bar experience
  (cocktail & wine knowledge preferred)

• Friendly, confident, and professional

• Thrive in a fast, social environment and love good hospitality

• Wed–Sat availability
