JOBS - COMMIS CHEF

We’re looking for a passionate, reliable cook to join the Stallion kitchen crew. Modern Italian, seasonal produce, and a kitchen that actually cares about doing things properly — that’s us.

The Role:

• Run a section or support one, depending on experience

• Prep, cook, and plate dishes to spec and standard

• Work alongside a small, skilled team under strong leadership

• Help with ordering, cleaning, and kitchen organisation

• Contribute to specials and new dishes as you grow

We’re after someone who:

• Has experience in a busy kitchen, ideally modern Italian or European

• Thrive under pressure but keep a sense of humour

• Take pride in your work and want to learn the right way

• Reliable, consistent, and love a clean bench
